I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was outstanding. The location was magnificent and fantastic, on the' back garden' for fresh herbs, and the view was great, too. Further, it was close enough to beautiful gardens, the promenade to see the Penguins and the shopping centre and the Burnie. I had enjoyable days staying at this vintage hotel...

We had a wonderful stay here. the hotel is located on a very quiet street, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We particularly loved the sitting area and terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. The dining table and garden furniture added a touch of luxury to our stay. The free toiletries were a nice touch and the availability of a washing machine and dryer was really convenient. The in-room breakfast provided was delicious and varied, with a wide range of options to choose from. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality.

This hotel is located in a prime spot, close to everything on the boardwalk and just off the freeway. the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with great breakfast provisions provided. the bathroom is also very clean and well maintained. You will enjoy the generous free vegies, herbs, and fruits from the beautifully kept garden. the owners are warm and give a great welcome, with plenty of local knowledge to guide you.
The hotel could do better with its signage, as it's hard to recognize and locate the hotel from a distance due to poor signage visibility.

the owners were so welcoming and provided a delicious breakfast with fresh eggs and fruit. the house was located in a quiet area, but still close enough to walk to the nearby attractions and restaurants. the garden was also a delightful surprise, with plenty of fresh herbs and veggies to use for cooking.
The only issue I had was the lack of privacy in the bedroom and bathroom due to the glass windows. this was only a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from the overall experience.

The breakfast provided was decent with a variety of food options and fresh ingredients. The location is great, close to many shops and restaurants. the bed was comfortable and the room was relatively clean.
My Xmas stay was ruined by the loud noise throughout the night. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the constant disturbance.
